My mission is to help people steward their bodies intentionally — through faith, structure, and mindful training — so that every movement reflects strength, balance, and care.

My hope is to use the gifts I’ve been given to guide and support you in caring for and honoring your body, while helping you reach your fitness and wellness goals. I provide in-home, online, or private studio training throughout the Rockville, Bethesda, and Olney, Maryland area. Whether you prefer the convenience of training at home, the structure of a private space, or the flexibility of virtual coaching, I meet you where you are.

My coaching combines faith, structure, and intentional strength training to help you build discipline, confidence, and sustainable health — whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level.

1:1 In Person & Virtual Training

Work with me one-on-one in person or live via video. Every session is designed to challenge you safely, build real strength, and help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. Choose the session length that fits your schedule: 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
